Return & Refund Policy – Couple Covers

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Our mobile covers are personalized and custom-made with customer-provided names/designs, hence we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect model selection by the customer.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is damaged during transit.

    • The product delivered does not match the order specifications (wrong model or wrong design).

2. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at couplecovers.in@gmail.com or calling +91 90421 80228 with order details and clear images of the product and packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

    • Free replacement of the correct/damaged product.

    • Refund to the original payment method in case replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products with correctly printed names/designs as per customer input are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In case of an approved return, shipping costs will be borne by Couple Covers.
